Issue of duplex. <br />Applicant must schedule an inspection by the Building Department <br />to confirm that apartment no longer exists in lower level of <br />residence structure on proposed lot. This inspection must be <br />completed before application can be rescheduled before the <br />Planning Commission. <br />2. Septic issue. <br />Applicant has been advised of the need for additional septic <br />testing for Lot 1 to confirm adequate and suitable area for both <br />a principal and alternate system. Applicant should also provide <br />a schedule for the installation of a new septic system to serve <br />existing residence on proposed Lot 1. <br />All of the above issues must be resolved by a deadline date of August <br />6, 1991 if you wish to be rescheduled before the Planning Commission <br />meeting of August 19th. If you are unable to meet the deadline for the <br />August 19th meeting, all information must be received by September 4, 1991 <br />to meet the deadline for the September 16th Planning Commission meeting. <br />Please contact my office if you have any questions concerning the <br />matter discussed above.
