Box66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323-0066 <br />Dear City officials: <br />HOME: 612-472-6223 <br />FAX: 612-472-5067 <br />This letter is in reference to the preliminary subdivision #1663 -Mark Johnson - <br />4465 Bayside Road. <br />In regards to exhibit F, use of home as a duplex, the current owners of the property, <br />Brent & Shiann Johnson do not have anyone renting a room. There apparently was a <br />renter for a short time. After it came to their attention that the property was in violation <br />of city regulations, they took steps to comply with the city's request. <br />At this time no one is renting a room and I have been assurred that there will be no future <br />use of this type. Anyone from the city is welcome to come by and see for themselves. <br />Someone from the planning commission was given a tour of the property on July 13, 1991 <br />and saw that there is not a renter. <br />I am sorry for the difficulty that this has caused and hope that there will be no problems <br />in the future.
