Preliminary plat approval expires 1 year after the date of the <br />resolution (September 9, 1992). Note that prior to filing of the final <br />£lat after final subdivision approval, all taxes for the current year must <br />be paid. <br />As noted in the resolution, the City Assessor will be asked to define <br />the market value of your land at an undeveloped state so that a Park Fee <br />may be determined. P 1 ease note the Park Fee wi 11 be 8 % of the va 1 ue of the <br />land in the undeveloped state.
