The Judgment <br />searches dated as of January 6, 1992 are attached hereto as <br />Exhibit A, and as noted, have been supplemented by oral searches <br />through August 25, 1992 at 7:00 o'clock a. rn. which revealed no <br />additional judgments, tax liens or bankruptcies.
