Final Plat Approval <br />The applicant has completed all conditions set forth in the preliminary subdivision <br />approval resolution, Resolution 3014. The enclosed resolution has been drafted per the original <br />directives set forth in that preliminary subdivision resolution and may be acted on by Council <br />if the effective period of preliminary subdivision approval is extended. <br />lsv
