Johnson and Patricia P. <br />Johnson, husband and wife as joint tenants, the following <br />described land: <br />That part of the East 3/8 of the Northeast Quarter of <br />the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 117, Range <br />23, Hennepin county, Minnesota, lying North of the <br />South 870 feet thereof, <br />EXCEPT the East 30.0 feet of said East 3/8 of the <br />Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter lying <br />Northerly of the South 870 feet and Southerly of the <br />Southerly right-of-way line of County Road 84 <br />and also EXCEPT <br />The West 206.98 feet of the said East 3/8 of the <br />Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of <br />lying northerly of the South 870 feet thereof. <br />[I note that said reconveyance parcel is described as <br />Lot 2, Block 1 and Outlet A, of the proposed Johnson <br />Wheeler 1st Addition.) <br />Any rights or encumbrances which may be subsisting, as <br />specified in Minnesota Statutes Section 508A.25, and all <br />acts amendatory thereof. <br />In addition to the above described memorials, the ownership <br />of the property is subject to the following rights or <br />encumbrances subsisting as provided in Minnesota Statutes <br />Annotated, Section 508A.25 and all acts amendatory thereof:
