Both <br />sites will require mound septic systems. Both <br />areas have a 3% slope and appear to be old pasture <br />or feed lot areas. Grasses in the area are con- <br />sistent and seem to be undisturbed. Colors do <br />vary in the Munsell Book but is probably due to <br />animal usage over a long period of time. The <br />house location and size are not determined at <br />this time, although there is a large area to <br />work with.
