Parcel A, the building site, will be 28.3 acres in total area of <br />which 21.1 acres is dry buildable. Flexible zoning includes <br />special or conditional use permits, variances, PUDs, and rezoning, none of which apply to the <br />proposed subdivision. This is discussed in greater detail in the September 11, 1997 memo.
