Gran~ee may enter upon the Land for the purposes of inspection <br />and e~1forcement of the covenants contained herein and to cause to <br />be reilnoved from the Land without any liability any strnctures, <br />uses, ~naterials, substances, or unnatural matter inconsistent with <br />the c4venants contained herein and the natural state of the land. <br />2. Grantor herepy grants, gifts, quitclaims and conveys to Grantee, a <br />perpetual flo}vage easement and right and p1ivilege to trespass with ,vater <br />over and upoh any or all of the Land. <br />! <br />3.
