As we have discussed, the attached easement, as well as a <br />roadway easement in favor of Jiem1epin Coimty must be recorded simultaneously with the City's <br />resolution approving the pendii~g subdivision. Please return an executed copy of the attached <br />easement, as well as an executed! roadway easement in a fonn acceptable to the County to me. <br />• I <br />With respect to the roadsyay easement in favor of Hennepin CoLmty, I understand that Dave <br />Zetterstrom at 745-7500 either will be able to help you or ,;,,1ill be able to direct you to the proper <br />person at the county to provide vou with a fonn of Roadway Easement which is acceptable to the <br />County. I have attached a legal 4escription of the easement area for your reference. <br />Mike Gaffron will be providing me with a certified copy of the most recent resolution <br />approving the subdivision. Uptll1 my receipt of that resolution, the two executed easements from <br />you and confilmation that the serond half real estate taxes have been paid, I will be able to proceed <br />with recording the documents v,ith the Hennepin County Recorder.
