Road Easement <br />An easement for road purposes over that part of the following described property: <br />All of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 117 North, <br />Range 23 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, EXCEPT that part thereof <br />described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northeast <br />Quarter of said Section 6; thence East along the North line of said Northeast <br />Quarter a distance of 514 feet; thence South 27 degrees 30 minutes West <br />(assuming said North line as bearing East) a distance of 589 feet to the <br />centerline of the County Road which extends across said Northeast Quarter; <br />thence Northwesterly along the centerline of said County Road to the West line <br />of said Northeast Quarter; thence Northerly along said West line to point of <br />beginning. <br />ALSO EXCEPT that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of <br />said Section 6 described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said <br />Northeast Quarter; thence East along the Northerly line of said section a <br />distance of 514 feet to actual point of beginning; thence deflecting right 117 <br />degrees 30 minutes a distance of 589 feet to the centerline of County Road 84; <br />thence deflecting left along said center line a distance of 180 feet; thence <br />deflecting left 81 degrees 19 minutes a distance of 662.11 feet to a point on the <br />North line of said Section 6; located 216.55 feet East of the point of beginning; <br />thence West along said North line a distance of 216.55 feet to point of <br />beginning. For the purposes of th.is survey, two points on the centerline of <br />travel, distant 180 feet apart, have been assumed to mark the above-described <br />centerline boundary. <br />which lies within 33.00 feet on each side of the following described centerline: <br />Commencing at the northwest corner of said West Half of the Northeast Quarter; <br />thence on an assumed bearing of South O degrees 12 minutes East along the <br />west line of said West Half of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 221.08 feet to <br />the point of beginning of the centerline being described; thence South 32 <br />degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 216.61 feet; thence along a <br />tangential curve concave to the northeast having a central angle of 39 degree 03 <br />minutes 30 seconds and radius of 319.62 feet a distance of 217.88 feet; thence <br />South 71 degrees 13 minutes East tangent to last described curve a distance of <br />1000.00 feet; thence along a tangential curve concave to the south having a <br />radius of 650.00 feet to its intersection with the east line of said West Half of the <br />Northeast Quarter, and said centerline there ending.
