If drainfield replacement is necessary, Soil testing will usually be rseuired, and a design and site plan <br />roust be submitted for review. Your contractor must obtain a permit before work is started. <br />SYSTEM CONDITION.( m Checked items may require your action) <br />Tank inspection indicates: <br />PumpOut not needed at this time. <br />�J SWids accumulation in tanks indicates they should be pump• <br />ed out this year to help prevent future problems. <br />Cl Solids accumulation in tanks is at a critical level. Tanks <br />should be pumped out as soon as ponible. <br />❑ System is discharging to surface. Tanks must be pumped <br />within 48 hours to eliminate surface discharge. <br />❑ Inspection risers missing —tanks could not be inspect-1 <br />Inspection risen (4" dtii. pipe) must he installed in each tank <br />at next pumpout. This condition may require replace- <br />ment or additions to dratnfield. Contact the City Inspector <br />immediately.
