''A—�Y � RESOLUTION N0. 746 A RESOLUTION APPROVING T� I�iRY SKARP METES AND BOi&�IDS DIVISION �� Wf�REAS, the City of Orono is'a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the City Coimcil of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision regula- tions for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and Wf-iEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a metes and botmds ' division of Tract B, RLS No. 1372; NOW, TI�REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Cowzcil of the City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bowids division of Tract B, RLS No. 1372, I�ennepin County, M:innesota, as hereby described: Parcel A � That part of Tract B, Registered Land Survey Nwnber 1372, Files of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin Coimty, Minnesota, lying westerly of the following described line and its northerly and southerly extensions. Comunencing at the northwesterly corner of said Tract B, thence south- easterly along the northeasterly line of said Tract B a distance of 147.85 feet to an iron monwnent being the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence southerly deflecting to the right from the last described course 68 degrees, 11 minutes, 30 seconds, a distance of 100 feet to an iron monwnent; thence continuing southerly on the extension of the last described course to the shoreline of Lake P�4innetonka and said line there terminating. Parcel B That part of Tract B, Registered Land Survey Nwnber 1372, Files of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin Cotuity, Minnesota, lying easterly.of the following described line. Commencing at the northwesterly corner of said Tract B, thence southeasterly along the northeasterly line of said Tract B a distance of 147.85 feet to an iron mo�wnent being the point of beginning of the line to be described', thence southerly deflecting to the right frwn the last described course 68 degrees, 11 minutes, 30 seconds a distance of 100 feet to an iron monwnent; thence continuing southerly on the extension of the last described course to the shoreline of Lake Minnetonka and said line there termina.ting. This resolution will expire on July l, 1977, if the deed of said premises has not been filed with the Hennepin CoLmty Registrar of Titles.
