In this regard, I am enclosing the following: <br />1. A reduced copy of a Survey by Coffin & Gronberg which I <br />have marked to show the location of Greg White's existing <br />home, the approximate location where Steve White plans to <br />build a new home, the current PIO numbers and the <br />proposed new boundary line. PIO No. 06-117-23-11-0003 <br />contains 18.25 total acres. PIO No. 06-117-23-13-0003 <br />contains 13.27 "dry" acres north of Bayside Road and 30 <br />"dry" acres south of the Road. <br />2. I found <br />these by searching the annual files from 1985 to the <br />present maintained by the Hennepin County Office of <br />Property Divisions.
