Your letter of June 23, 1997 to the Ms. Van Zomeren sought to treat a proposed <br />division of your client's property as a "combination/division" under Section 11.03.65a or c. <br />The City concluded that the proposed lot line rearrangement would not meet the <br />requirements of City code with respect to measurement of the lake shore property, and <br />advised that you proceed under 11.03.66.a.
