C:12 <br />As we discussed, the applicant should provide, via easement or dedication, <br />an BO-foot corridor along this segment of County State Aid Highway (CSAH) <br />84 (40 feet from and parallel with the existing centerline). This action <br />will accommodate any future upgrading and provide for utility installations <br />that are expanding regularly. <br />Access will be limited to one per site.
