Upon review of the opinion and resolution, I find that <br />prior to recording the resolution, we must receive a Flowage and Conservation Easement and Waiver <br />of Damages in favor of the City of Orono; and a Roadway Easement in favor of Hennepin County. <br />Both of these easements must be recorded simultaneously with the resolution approving the <br />subdivision. For your information, I have enclosed legal descriptions for both easements and a form of <br />Flowage and Conservation Easement and Waiver of Damages which is acceptable to the City. <br />Upon our receipt of the above-referenced easements, we will proceed to file the subdivision <br />resolution. Please note that I will be recording documents at the County tomorrow morning and on the <br />morning of December 30. I will be on vacation from Wednesday, December 24 through Sunday, <br />December 28. If these easements are completed and ready for recording tomorrow~ please deliver <br />them to my attention. at the Hinshaw & Culbertson office this afternoon. In the event these documents <br />will not be prepared for recording until next week, please call me. <br />Thank you for your attention to this matter.
