I just wanted to confirm <br />that we will NOT be filing the VCI Capital subdivision documents p1ior to December 31, 1997. As a <br />result, prior to filing the documents in 1998, it will be necessary for the property owner to pay all of the <br />real estate taxes due and payable in 1998. If the documents are filed prior to April 1, 1998, the taxes <br />to be paid will most likely be estimated by the County because it takes a number of months to <br />determine the exact amount of taxes payable.
