<br />Comiervatlon E.atement Agreement the City mad;:: available to our clitsnt, Steve White. Mr.
<br />Whit~ has spoken with personnel at the C!ty regarding concerns that the Flowage and
<br />Conservation Easement, as propo$ed, would prevent him or his as,ign$ from gbtalnlng a
<br />permit tor construction of a dock or other uses which; but for the e-asement. could be obtained.
<br />Accordingly, I r~commend th@ following, which I feel reflects our previous discussions about
<br />the Ci1y's position and concerns:
