Permitted Uses. (When in conformance with this <br />Chapter): <br />. 1. All uses permitted in the Floodway <br />District. <br />2.· Agriculturil uses such as general farming, <br />outdoor plant nurseries, horticulture, truck farming and forestry. <br />3 • Rec re a t ion a 1 uses such as. go 1 f co u rs es , <br />tennis courts, driving ranges, archery ranges, parks and nature <br />preserves. <br />B. Conditional Uses. (When in conformance with <br />this Chapter): <br />1. All conditional uses as listed in the <br />Floodway District. <br />2 . Residential accessory structur~s such as <br />open decks and patios provided th~ structure meets the setbacks <br />required by Subdivision -a. <br />_: 3. Commercial storage of boa ts and marina <br />equipment in the "B-2" Zoning Use · District,-provided all storage <br />meets the requirem~nts of the "B-2" Zoning Use District. <br />c 4. Other accessory uses not specifically <br />listed when approved by ·the Council, but no use shall be approved <br />which will restrict or obstruct any flood flow or which will raise <br />the level of any flood flow~ <br />5. All structures constructed as. conditional <br />uses shall be constructed in accordance with the State Building <br />Code. <br />Subd. 11."
