Please review the memo and exhibits of 9/9/86. <br />Planning Commission recommended 6-0 to approve, finding that <br />the proposed location for the addition on the west side is a <br />result of hardships to other locations due to topography, <br />drainage, existing trees, and the layout of the house, and that <br />the lot line to the west was created recently as part of the <br />"Riedel's Stubbs Bay Addition" but did not anticipate expansion <br />to the west.. <br />Staff recommends approval per the attached resolution. <br />
