The council will not engage in discussion or take action on items <br />presented at this time. However, the council may refer issues to staff for follow up or consideration at a future meeting. Speakers should <br />state their name and home address at the podium before speaking. Speakers should be mindful of time and limit their remarks to three (3) <br />minutes to allow sufficient opportunity for others to speak. We encourage speakers to address their comments to the mayor and council <br />and to keep their remarks respectful and relevant. Please no personal attacks. Criticism of ideas is acceptable, but attacks against <br />individuals are not tolerated. Please make your statements in a civil manner. Similarly, we ask everyone in the audience to be respectful of <br />speakers and refrain from disruptive behavior, such as shouting, heckling, or making excessive noise. <br />Finance Report <br />18.
