RESOLUTION �`r74 <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS <br />FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS, 1963 <br />63—STP-1, 63 -TS -1, 63=TLS-1 AND 64 -LS -1 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, <br />-Minneaota, as follows: <br />1. The proposed assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvements should <br />be and are hereby amended as follows: <br />y Description of Property Change Made <br />Plat 427009 Parcel 810 Reduce from 0.41 to 0.08 <br />acres <br />43084 " 8410 Remove from assessment roll <br />. " 41310 " 8820 Reduce 22 acres from 59.49 <br />to 56.99 <br />�! 42420 " 3040 Reduce front footage 115 ft. <br />_. from 370 ft. to 255 ft. <br />2. It is hereby found and determined by this Council that*the <br />foregoing amendment to said proposed assessment is just and <br />equitable, and necessary to.a fair assessment for payment 'of the <br />cost of said improvement. <br />Adopted by the Village Council at a regular meeting held October 26,. <br />1964. <br />.c <br />H.
