` (Resolution #71, Continued) 6 7 <br />NOW THEREFORE <br />* IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1-. .The legal description of the real estate involved is set <br />forth on Exhibit "All"attached hereto and made a part hereof <br />2. Upon.adoption by the Village -of Long Lake of a resolution <br />concurrenit with this -resolution, annexing the said real.estate <br />to the Village,of hong Lake, .the said real estate shall be <br />detached- from .the Village of Orono. <br />3. A;certif.ied-copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to <br />the Minnesota Municipal -.Commission. <br />Minnesota Municipal Commission is hereby requested <br />upon receipt of a certified, copy of this resolution and a <br />certified copy of a concurrent resolution from the Village of. <br />Long hake annexing .the said real estate, to enter its order <br />detaching the said real estate.from the Village of Orono and - <br />annexing the same. --o the Village of Long hake. <br />Adopted by the Village Council at a regular meeting held <br />October 129 1964. A public'hearing on the proposed assessment roll <br />of properties to be benefitted and therefore assessed in connection <br />with the Navarre Parking Lot shall be held at 8::,00 P. M. on <br />October 26, 1g64,, <br />at the Village Hall. <br />2. Due notice of such hearing shall be published for <br />two successive weeks in accordance with the provisions of 459.14 <br />i (sub. 7) of Minnesota.Statutes. <br />
