(Resolution -#64 Continued) <br />(2) This Council shall meet at the time and place <br />.,specified in the form of notice hereinafter contained for the <br />purpose of conducting a public hearing on said assessments, and <br />the Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of <br />said meeting to be mailed to the owners of the property to be <br />assessed and to cause the following notice to be published -in the <br />9 <br />official newspaper of the Village at least once, not later than <br />two weeks prior. to said meeting, which notice shall be in sub- <br />stantially the following form: <br />NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT <br />Hearing on Improvements <br />63 -STP -1 =°63 -TS -1 - 63 -TLS -1 - 64 -ZS -1 ' <br />Village of Orono, Minnesota <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the Village Council of Orono, <br />Minnesota, will meet at the Hill School in said Village <br />on Thursday, October 22, 1964, at 8:00 o'clock p.m., for <br />'the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the assess- <br />ments proposed to be made against property benefited by <br />Sanitary Sewer Impr`o_vements Nos. 63 -STP -11'63 -TS -11 <br />63 -TLS -1, and 64 -ZS -1, which improvements consist of the <br />following work.. <br />A sanitary sever system consisting of a sewage treatment <br />plant, sewer trunks, laterals and apburtenances to serve <br />:all and/or part of those tracts, parcels, lots, sub- <br />divisions, additions and other such properties located <br />within the following sections or portions thereof: <br />All that part of the south half of Section 5 lying <br />westerly of Lots l through 9 inclusive, Auditor's Sub- <br />division No. 207; <br />All that part of the southeast one-quarter of Section 6 <br />lying easterly of-`Ndrth Arm, Lake Minnetonka; <br />All of Section 8; <br />All of :the south one-half of Section 9; <br />All of Section 7 except that part of the northwest <br />one-quarter lying north of Mount Home Park and Mound <br />Home Park Vacated and north of the north line of Lots 95.and <br />96, Tonka -View Gardens and north of said line of Lots 95 and <br />96 extended westerly;�� <br />All of the north one' -half of Section 16; <br />'.All of Section 17; <br />All of Section 18, <br />Island; <br />All of Section 20; <br />except Shadywood Point and Deerings <br />
