The City will not <br />issue a Temporary Certificate of <br />Occupancy (Temp CO) for new homes <br />during the growing season from May 1st to <br />November 1st. Issuance of a Certificate of <br />Occupancy requires all permits associated <br />with the project to be finaled and an <br />as-built survey approved by the City. If <br />vegetation is not fully established at the <br />time of CO issuance, the erosion control <br />escrow will continue to be held. <br />Handrail is <br />required with 4 or <br />more risers.
