RESOLUTION #42 CONTINUED <br />NOW, THEREFORE., IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED as follows: <br />1. The Village of Orono will remit to the Village of Mound` .i <br />all Village taxes for 1963 assesses against the following <br />described property: <br />All that part of the plat of Shadywood Point lying <br />withing-Section 18, Township 117, Range 23, Hennepin <br />County, including all public streets, alleys, parks <br />and other public areas <br />as collected.. <br />2. The Village of -Orono assumes no responsibility to remit <br />to the Village of Mound except for taxes actually paid, <br />nor any responsibility to remit to the Village of Mound <br />any faster than the taxes are paid. <br />Passed by the Village Council this ninth day of March, 1964. <br />V <br />H.
