ORONO REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING HELD AUGUST 13, 1990 <br />ZONING FILE #1509-FREEMAN CONTINUED <br />Councilmember Goetten asked what deadline had been <br />established for Mr. Freeman to bring the accessory structure into <br />conformance. <br />Mabusth replied, "June 1, 1991, was the deadline Council <br />established." <br />It was moved by Councilmember Callahan, seconded by <br />Councilmember Goetten, to deny the variance requested in <br />application #1509. Motion, Ayes-4, Nays Motion passed. <br />#1528 CONSTANCE i DON SCOTT <br />2300 LONGVIEW CIRCLE <br />FINAL SUBDIVISION <br />RESOLUTION #2845* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Callahan, seconded by <br />Councilmember Peterson, to adopt Resolution #2845, approving the <br />Plat of Longview 3rd Addition. Motion, Ayes-4. Nays-0. Motion <br />passed. <br />#1536 STEVE GARDINER <br />3770 BAYSIDE ROAD <br />VARIANCES <br />RESOLUTION #2846 <br />Mr. Gardiner was present. <br />Bernhardson presented a summary of the information contained <br />in Michael Gaffron's memo dated August 8. 1990. <br />Councilmember Callahan asked whether the alley vacation is <br />included in this application. <br />Assistant Planning and Zoning F.dministrator Gaffron replied <br />in the negative, noting that the Planning Commission felt the <br />revised changes are so minor that the alley vacation should be a <br />separate issue. <br />Helloes noted that the location of the garage is such that <br />other issues must be addressed in addition to the alley vacation. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Callahan, seconded by <br />Councilmember Peterson, to adopt Resolution #2846, granting side <br />and rear setback varianc-s to construct main floor and s?:oral <br />story additions to the property located at 3770 Bayside Rjad. <br />Motion, Ayes-4, Nays-0.
