Zoning File #1536 <br />July 12, 1990 <br />Page 3 <br />If the vacation does not proceed, Planning Commission may <br />wish to consider whether relocation of the garage would be an <br />appropriate condition of variance approval. Virtually any such <br />relocation would require variances, but could be a further <br />revision of the current application, if the applicant so <br />requested. <br />Staff Recomendation <br />1. Staff recommends tabling the vacation request until the <br />required majority of abutting property owners have <br />petitioned for the vacation. <br />2. Planning Commission should determine whether the revised <br />proposal for improvements minimizes the intensity and <br />character of the requested variances from a level which is <br />acceptable, and should consider whether any further <br />conditions are appropriate if a recommendation for approval <br />is forthcoming. <br />lsv <br />: , c L r "- <br />r <br />
