CITY OF ORONO Regular fleeting of the Orono Council, 7:35 P.11. March 22, 1976 The Orono Council met on the above date with the following members present: Acting dayor Massengale, Councilmembers Butler and Welsh. Absent: Mayor Searles and Councilmember Paurus. Also present: City Administrator Benson, Building & Zoning Administrator iluhich, and Attorney Ilalkerson. Butler moved, Massengale seconded, that the MINUTES ilinutes of the Regular fleeting of March 8, 1976, be approved. !Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). i1r. Walter Lathrop, Park Commission Chairman, PARK COMMISSION introduced Mrs. Jo Ellen Hurr to the City Council and recommended her appointment to the Park Commission to replace Fern Kubal.sky whose term expires December 31, 1976. Butler moved, Welsh seconded, that Mrs. Jo APPOINTMENT Ellen Hurr be appointed to the Park Commission Park Commission to fill the unexpired term of fern l:ubalsky. Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). Butler moved, Welsh secondedl, that the request VARIANCES of Richard Roulette, 3775 Baysid,2 Road, for a 3775 Bayside Road variance for lakeshore and street setback be referred to the Planning Commission.
