Motion, <br />Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />Dennis Thompson and H.G. Steckel were present. <br />Thompson noted that no auctions would be held on the <br />property. <br />Adams moved, Councilmember Hammerel seconded, to <br />approve Resolution #1675, A Resolution granting a <br />variance to permit the keeping of horses for the <br />purpose of breeding, training and sale to the public at <br />250 Old Crystal Bay Road. Motion, Ayes ( 5) , Nays ( 0 ) . <br />Assistant Zoning Administrator Gaffron noted that <br />Stueland and Barbeau had both signed off on the <br />resolution. <br />Councilmember Frahm moved, Councilmember Hammerel <br />seconded, to approve Resolution ##1676, A resolution <br />approving a variance to permit cons --ruction of a <br />detached garage located at 4080 'iayside Road. <br />Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />Planning Commission Representative Kelley stated that <br />the Planning Commission felt that the Gregory's should <br />be tagged if that wetlands was found to have been <br />altered. <br />Councilmember Frahm moved, Councilmember Adarrs <br />seconded, to approve Resolution 01677, A Resolution <br />approving a conditional use permit for the <br />construction of a retaininc_ wall. Motion, Ayes (5), <br />Nays (0). <br />
