RESOLUTION #35' 'A RESOLUTION.EXTENDING.COMPLETION DATE OF CONTRACT FOR `CONSTRUCTION.OF THE FRENCH FAKE SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT PHELPS DRAKE CO. INC. VSTHEREAS a.contract dated July 18, 1963 between the Village and Phelps Drake Co., Inc. for contruction of the French Lake Sewage" Treatment Plant provides for a completion date of Nov. 15, 1963; and WHEREAS Phelps Drake Co., Inc. has in writing requested ' ext.ension.of the stated completion date and given reasons for the' request; and j1WHEREAS the Village Engineer, William T. Mills, recommends ' approval=of the.request; and WHEREAS it' is deemed an extension of the completion date is not detrimental to the public interest or the sanitary sewer improvement generally, NODI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the completion date of the contract ,.be extended to July 15,1964; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that thi-s resolution be attached and made apart of that contract.
