City of ORONO <br />CITY RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF NO. 2903 <br />ORONO <br />!. Outlot A shall remain in the same ownership as Lot 2 and <br />shall serve as future private driveway access to the <br />existing private easement road located just west of Lot 3 <br />and Outlot A. <br />5. The owner of Lots 2 and 3 shall take positive measures <br />to avoid disruption of the tested and approved primary and <br />alternate drainfield sites within those properties, until <br />such time as those sites are used for drainfield systems. <br />6. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono <br />with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office on or before June <br />10, 1991 together with a certified original copy of this <br />Resolution and executed copies of the Private Driveway Acces <br />Easement as noted above. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if <br />the plat has not been filed by the date specified above.
