The extra copy of the <br />former document is black -lined to show the changes which you <br />requested in our telephone conversation yesterday. Please note <br />that I have not included a requirement for approval by the <br />architectural review committee established under your restrictive <br />covenants because that committee's purview is limited to structural <br />improvements. <br />I believe that the enclosed Dr i � ewav Easement Agreement can be <br />submitted to the Orono City Attorne} for approval, in satisfaction <br />of one of the City's conditions for final approval of the plat of <br />Bayside Ridge.
