I.ot line rearrangement proposal recommended for approval on a vote of <br />5-0. <br />B. I.ot split recommended on a vote of 3-2 for approval per "Option A" <br />scheme of January 11, 1990 memo, with the following conditions: <br />1. Designate Bayside Ridge Road on the plat drawings as an outlot <br />rather than a named road. This outlot road and any other outlots <br />created within the subdivision are intended to remain in private <br />ownership and be privately maintained. (Since under the first three <br />schemes noted above, no additional lots will be created that access to <br />Bayside Ridge Road, it would appear that under current policy, no <br />upgrading of Bayside Ridge Road is required as part of this <br />subdivision.) <br />2. Lots 2 and 3 shall he served by private access driveway/easement <br />through the White property to the north per the recommendation of <br />Hennepin County. <br />3. Standard Park Dedication Fees shall be paid for Lots 2 and 3. <br />4. Standard Drainage 6 Utility Easements to be shown on the plat <br />drawings. <br />5. Prior to filing of the subdivision, applicant shall satisfy the <br />City Attorney that proper legal access through the White property is <br />provided. <br />6. Setbacks and lot line designations for proposed Lots 2 and 3 are <br />as shown on attached exhibits. <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting is confirmed as: <br />City Council Monday, February 12, 1990; meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. <br />If y-)u desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission <br />minutes, they are available from the City Recorder after review and <br />approval by the Planning Commission. <br />
