We understand that the new home plans call for a structure that is placed closer to our home
(further back from the lake) but still in front of the average lakeshore setback, and that the new structure would
likely have a taller profile than the existing structure.
We fully support the requested plans (and associated variances). We believe the new plans represent a significant
improvement to the existing structure, and also represent a more favorable alternative to a home built in full
compliance with setback rules - that would likely require removal of most of the mature trees on the lot.
Please let us know if you or your associates have any questions or comments regarding the plans or associated
variances. We welcome a discussion.
Warm regards,
Joe (and Jone) Hafermann
860 Windjammer Ln
612-221-2229
44
PC
Exhibit JHafermann / 860 Windjammer Ln
