Date: October 20, 2025 Item: 5.4 <br />Presenter: Matt Karney, Planner <br />Section: Public Hearings <br /> <br />Title: LA25-000045, Keep The Faith Contracting o/b/o Wayzata Country Club, <br />200 Wayzata Boulevard West, Conditional Use Permit (Matthew Karney) <br /> <br /> <br />1.Purpose: <br />The applicant requests an amendment to an existing conditional use permit for a new accessory <br />pavilion building. <br />2.MN§15.99 Application Deadline: <br />The application was made on September 19, 2025 and deemed complete on October 3, 2025. The <br />60-day review period expires on December 2, 2025. <br />3.Background: <br />The Wayzata Country Club request approval for a new accessory pavilion building internal to the <br />site, near the green of the ninth hole. The building will serve as an amenity for country club <br />members as an outdoor event space, provide restrooms and food/beverage operations, and overall <br />provide services on the golf course itself, opposed to having patrons traverse back to the <br />clubhouse. A conditional use permit is required as the new building is a new expansion on the <br />property which is current operating under a conditional use permit.
