The <br />60-day review period expires on December 7, 2025. <br />3.Background: <br />The applicant proposes a reconstruction project for the principal building and property. The <br />application includes a reconfiguration of the existing driveway to the garage, a new sidewalk, a <br />redesign of the roof, a reconfiguration of the deck, a new retaining wall, and new building <br />additions of the main and upper levels including the kitchen/dining room and primary <br />bedroom/bathroom. The application results in a decrease in hardcover within the 75-foot lakeyard <br />setback.
