The Navarro development <br />sales so tar have been to couples in their late 40's and early SO's. The <br />trend seems to be set. Everyone looking at the development are in this age <br />range. <br />What I feel will serve all of us better is a landscaped park like area with <br />no fence. Maybe some benches in the park area in the colon of Navarro but <br />rlo fence or kiddie toys. <br />Since there Is a Navarre playground iy blocks away that has the same play <br />equipment, Is there really a need for another "Kiddie Park" so close <br />together.
