September 24, 1984 at 8:00 p.m. to consider <br />,ed municipal sewer improvements fou the Crystal Bay area. <br />because of the projected high cost to construct municipal sewer, <br />and the existing older homes and _amilies on fixed imcomes that <br />could n t benefit based upon the 100% assessed project, we <br />hereby petition the City of Orono to adopt an assessment policy <br />based upon 30% assessed, 702 tax levy formula. The tax levy to <br />include the entire city. :he rationale for this petition is <br />based upon the qualifications required to meet low income <br />requirements for the original survey and engineering study as <br />performed by the City during the fall of 1983 and winter, 1984 <br />for the Crystal Bay area. <br />
