Creighton, Legal Counsel <br />RE: Notice of Meeting <br />��, <br />Please be advised that the Lake Minnetonka cable <br />Communications Commission will meet on Tuesday, <br />September 11, 1984 at 5:30 F.m. in Shorewood City <br />Hall. It is essential to the success of the <br />Commission that all directors attend the Commission <br />meetings. The Chair has requested thlat I communicate <br />with each Director in an attempt to encourage atten- <br />dance at the meetings. Officers for the upcoming <br />term will be elected at the September 11 meeting. <br />During the constr':- L' on process, the Commission will <br />be faced with many complex and important issues. This <br />is not the time for the Commission to fall short of <br />a quorum. Therefore, please be advised that it is <br />each Direct^r's responsibility to attend the <br />Commissir,n ,ieetings. If you are no longer interested <br />in serv`_nq on the commission, please inform your city <br />so that. you may be replaced, Your failure to attend <br />meetirgs is a disservice to your community and your <br />colleagues on the Commission who do attend only to <br />find the absence.: of a quorum. <br />Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
