Gaffron, Septic System Inspector <br />DATE: August 30, 1984 <br />SUBJECT: Review of Existing Septic System, 3760 Watertown Road <br />#847 Catharine Cram <br />On August 29, 1984, Lyle Oman and I inspected the existing septic system <br />serving the house in question. The system consists of one known <br />septic tank of 500-1 , 000 ga 1Ion capaci ty, and an unknown but presumed <br />drainfield of unknown size. A second tank may exist but has not been <br />found. <br />The existing tank did not appear tc need pumpout at this time. No <br />surface seepage was noted at the tank or anywhere within the logical <br />area the drainfield might be located. <br />Based on the skimpy information we can f ind about this system, I suspect <br />it will adequately handle the sewage flows created by Ms. Cram and her <br />brother. However, without more information I would not want to go out <br />on a limb and state that it would handle the load from a family with <br />r_iil ic;ren. <br />
