A aretaker apartment previously existed in the basement <br />of the household. <br />2. The applicant owns a nearby lot which is mostly wetlands <br />and since this is a sewered property, credit shop:-.; be <br />given for the wetlands. <br />3. Applicant's hardship is that the wetlands property .:s <br />separated from the main lot by the road. <br />4. Most of the surrounding lots are substandard. <br />5. The caretaker apartment is consistant with the surrounding <br />neighborhood. <br />Based on Planning Commission's recommendation a resolution <br />of approval. is attached. <br />
