rINUTES OF THE REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 27, 1984. PAGE l <br />ATTENDANCE 7:00 PM The Orono Council met on the above date with the <br />following members present: Mayor Butler, Council - <br />members Frahm, Adams, Hammerel and Grabek. City <br />Administrator Benson, Zoning Administrator Mabusth, <br />City Attorney Malkerson, City Engineer Cook, Public <br />e,011"'r11 n;,�._'� i ING Works Coordinator Gerhardson, and Recorder Sutton <br />�VL7 represented the City ,taff. <br />CON§ENT(#XGF.NDA* Councilmember Hammerel moved, Councilmember Frahm <br />seconded, to approve the Consent Agenda* subject to <br />removing item MI off the Consent Agenda for <br />C IT Y C) F GF1QO discussion, with all staff report- concerning these <br />items reviewed at this meeting to be attached to the <br />original copy of these minutes on file in the City <br />Clerk's office. Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES* Councilmember Hammerel moved, Councilmember Frahm <br />seconded, to approve the minutes of the regular <br />council meeting held August 13, 1984. Motion, Ayes <br />(5), Nays (0). <br />APPROVAL OF' MINUTES* Councilmember Hammerel moved, Councilmember Frahm <br />seconded, to approve the minutes of the special <br />meeting held August 15, 1984. Motion, Ayes ( 5) , Nays <br />(0). <br />PARR COMMISSION COMMENTS There were no Park Commission comments. <br />LAKE MINNETONKA CONSERVATION <br />DISTRICT REPORT Jo Ellen Hurr was prese.,t. Hurr stated that the LMCD <br />is revising their fee schedule. Hurr stated that dock <br />license fees would be raised to cover the cost of the <br />LMCD's review. Hurr stated that if this new fee <br />schedule is adopted that it may cut the cost to local <br />cities by 50%. <br />Mayor Butler asked Hurr to ask the LMCD to consider <br />issuing DWI citations on the lake. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />COMMENTS There were no Planning Commission comments. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS There were no comments from the public present. <br />
