The <br />published notice is enclosed. <br />This meeting was scheduled by the Council at their meeting <br />on August 13. ''This will be reaffirmed at their meeting on <br />August 27, 1984, at 7:00 p.m. At the public hearing, the <br />Council will consider the following options: <br />1, Commence condemnation proceedings to obtain easements <br />over your land and that of the Powers for the <br />construction and placement of a sewer line. <br />2. Commence a h +ardous building proceeding, requesting <br />that the co order that ttie building is <br />uninhabitable due to inadequate sewer facilities. <br />3. Do both of the above, <br />
