W14 <br />r <br />CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT <br />SECTION 1 <br />1.1 CONTRACT DOCUMENTS <br />'fhe Contract Documents consist of the following, including all Addenda issued <br />prior to the opening of bids and change orders or other Modificstions issued <br />after execution of the Contract: <br />(a) Bid Docents (Advertisement, Addenda, Information to Bidders, <br />Proposal and Bid Security); <br />(b) Agreement; <br />(c) Conditions of the Contract (General and other conditions); <br />(d) Performance and Payment Bond; <br />(e) Special Prc-isions; <br />(f) Specifications (General and Specific Requirements); <br />(g) Drawings <br />1.2 CONTRACT <br />The Contract Documents form the Contract. The Contract represents the entire <br />and integrated agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes all prior <br />negotiations, representations, or agreements, either written or oral. <br />1.3. ENGINEER <br />The Engineer is the person or entity or authorized representative thereof <br />named in the Contract Documents. <br />1.4 OWNER <br />The Owner is the person or entity or authorized representative thereof named <br />in the Contract Documents. <br />1.5 CONTRACTOR <br />The Contractor is the person or entity or authorized representative thereof <br />named in the Contract Documents. <br />- 1 - <br />3526a <br />4/81 <br />
