3. No suit or action shall be commenced hereunder by any claimant: <br />(a) Unless claimant shell have filed a public contractors bond claim <br />in the form and within the time provided under applicable law, or <br />W After expiration of time for enforcement of a public Contractors <br />bond c.aim by legal action. <br />4. The amount of this bond shall be reduced by and to the extent of any <br />payment or payments made in good faith hereunder. <br />5. The Contractor and Surety shall keep the Prnjort free and clear of <br />liens and shall promptly remove any and all liens filed against the Project by <br />claimants. <br />6.
