Applicant to obtain a demolition permit for the removal of the accessory <br />structure. <br />6. Applicant to provide a copy of the Hennepin County driveway permit issued by <br />County for new curb cut. <br />7. Applicant to provide a date at which time either the County or applicant proposes <br />the closing off of the existing drive. <br />Staff asks that you provide a written statement confirming timing for removal of detached <br />structure and the closing off of the existing drive in order to meet the direction of the Planning <br />Commission recommendation to Council. This information should be submitted no later than <br />Monday, June 5, 1995. <br />Your conditional use permit/variance application will be presented for Council's review and <br />formal action at their June 12, 1995 meeting.
