All persons with an interest in the property must sign the resolutions. <br />Variance and conditional use approvals are limited to the extent shown on approved plan and as <br />noted in the approval resolution. Changes in approved plans are subject to further review by <br />the City. The approvals granted in the above referenced resolution will expire one year after <br />date of Council's approval.
