Below is a list of items the <br />City of Orono is requesting to complete our review: <br />✓ 2 original surveys -both scaled and one copy reduced for copying ( certificate of survey, <br />signed by licensed surveyor) of an updated survey indicating the locations of the following: <br />o Existing and proposed improvements, including driveways, <br />o Permanent iron markers at each comer, <br />o Primary and alternate drainfield areas, <br />o The proposed building, with dimensions, <br />o Location of any structures on adjacent properties within 30' oflot lines, <br />o All existing easements, drainageways and wetlands within the property and within <br />30' of the property. <br />Application #04-3011 is incomplete. If you wish to proceed with your application please submit the <br />items requested above by Thursday, May 13, 2004 to remain on the May 17, 2004 Planning <br />Commission agenda.
